    § 1 Scope

    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the fieldbrain platform, operated by Patrick Maghazehi and Jonas Schindel, Erich-Kästner-Str. 12, 80796 Munich, Germany (hereinafter "Provider"). By registering, the user accepts these GTC.

    § 2 Service Description

    fieldbrain is an AI-powered platform for sales teams (field and inside sales) that processes voice recordings, automatically creates CRM data, and provides sales analytics. The provider strives to provide the platform without disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

    § 3 Registration & Account

    A registration with a valid email address is required for use. The user is obliged to keep their access data confidential and to inform the provider immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

    § 4 Usage Rights

    The provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of the contractual relationship. The user may not misuse the platform, in particular not reverse-engineer, decompile, or use it for illegal purposes.

    § 5 Data Protection

    The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Voice recordings are processed encrypted and stored on servers in the EU.

    § 6 Liability

    The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

    § 7 Termination

    The user can terminate their account at any time. The provider can terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days' notice. In case of violations of these GTC, termination without notice is possible.

    § 8 Changes to GTC

    The provider reserves the right to change these GTC. Changes will be communicated to the user by email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the changed GTC are considered accepted.

    § 9 Final Provisions

    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
