Your team doesn't need to check the CRM. It's already in Slack.
fieldbrain posts what matters right now, straight where your team already talks.
The technical precision
After every sync, fieldbrain posts a real message with current deals (company, value, stage, probability) and open SmartActions to a Slack channel, preferring one named 'sales' or 'general', otherwise the first available one. No summary, no guesswork, just the same facts also written to the CRM.
What gets posted
What stays unchanged: fieldbrain only ever writes the fields from the table above. Other objects, your own automations, layouts, or reports in your CRM stay untouched. Nothing gets deleted, renamed, or restructured, only added to.
A day with Slack
After each sync, a short, real summary lands directly in the team channel: which deals moved, which SmartActions are open. A sales manager opening Slack in the morning sees the state of the pipeline without switching to the CRM; a field rep sees their open next steps without having to search for them.
Does our team need to open yet another tool to see the status?
No. fieldbrain posts a real summary of current deals and open SmartActions straight into the channel your team already uses.
Does the message land in a public channel or one we've chosen?
fieldbrain prefers a channel named 'sales' or 'general', otherwise the first one available. The message is visible to anyone already a member of that channel, the same as any other message there.
Security & Permissions
Your connection belongs exclusively to your account. No other user, not even on the same team, can access it.
Sync is part of the Professional plan and above. Without an active plan it stays inactive, nothing runs in the background.
Disconnect it and sync stops immediately. Data already transferred stays where it is, nothing is retroactively deleted.
