Your data center, your pipeline stages, not a generic default.
fieldbrain respects where your Zoho instance actually runs, and how your team named its own pipeline.
The technical precision
fieldbrain connects to your organization's actual configured Zoho data center, the EU one (zohoapis.eu) by default, not a silently different one. Before every write, it also reads your real, currently active Stage picklist through Zoho's own fields API, and only writes a value that genuinely exists in your configuration.
What actually syncs
What stays unchanged: fieldbrain only ever writes the fields from the table above. Other objects, your own automations, layouts, or reports in your CRM stay untouched. Nothing gets deleted, renamed, or restructured, only added to.
A day with Zoho
A rep records a short summary after a meeting. fieldbrain connects to the data center configured for your account, finds or creates the contact and deal, and writes the stage from your real pipeline configuration. For a team with its own, grown pipeline structure, that means fieldbrain fits in instead of enforcing its own logic.
Does our data really end up in the right data center?
Yes. fieldbrain respects the data center configured for your account, EU by default, instead of automatically using the global default.
Do we need to rename or adjust our Zoho pipeline for fieldbrain?
No. fieldbrain reads your current stage list itself before every write and only ever writes values that already exist in it.
Security & Permissions
Your connection belongs exclusively to your account. No other user, not even on the same team, can access it.
Sync is part of the Professional plan and above. Without an active plan it stays inactive, nothing runs in the background.
Disconnect it and sync stops immediately. Data already transferred stays where it is, nothing is retroactively deleted.
